Microsoft has released windows patches which includes MS05-051 related to MS DTC. Exploitation of MS05-051 is not easy until now, because there’s no sign of widely distributed exploits. Though, the exploit is seemed to be presented to users of a certain commerical security product. (sorry, I forgot the name.)

When exploited, MS DTC gives full access of the entire system to the attackers.
