Simplify enterprise Java development with EJB 3.0, Part 1

I like things in EJB 3.0, especially the idea of POJO and IoC, but I do not like waiting for the final version. The reference implementation (RI) will be available around Q4 2005. Final version will be around Q1 2006.

In the meantime, JBoss and Oracle are building their own EJB 3.0 implementation, respectively.
